The KNS Samooha project was started on January 31, 2026. According to the KNS Samooha Project Status, the boundary fencing and big entry arch are two of the early projects that have already been completed. Subterranean sewage pipelines and 24-meter-wide roadways are now being built across the layout. At KNS Samooha, a 600 square foot plot starts at ₹36 lakhs. Larger plots, like 2,400 square feet, can cost up to ₹1.38 crore. The cost is determined by the plot's size and positioning within the pattern. Larger or more costly plots are more costly than smaller ones.
