How can I make my study sessions more productive?

I used to ask myself this exact question while preparing for the TEAS exam because I was completely tied up with office work and barely had the energy or time to study properly. I’d sit down with my books but felt unfocused and unproductive, which only increased my stress. Things started to change when my cousin suggested I look for help with TEAS exam prep through a structured support service. Having a clear study plan, guided practice questions, and short, focused sessions made a huge difference. Instead of trying to study everything at once, I learned to focus on weak areas and make the most of the limited time I had. What really helped was realizing that productive studying isn’t about long hours—it’s about using the right resources and staying consistent, even on busy days.
