Can I get a refund for my credit?

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request a refund for a $5 credit purchase that was made unintentionally.

My intention was to try out the service using the free credits first. I registered my credit card with the plan to potentially pay for credits only after evaluating the performance and using up the free ones.

However, immediately after registering my card, a payment screen appeared. As I am not a native English speaker, I unfortunately misunderstood the purpose of this screen. I mistakenly believed it was asking me to set an amount (e.g., $5) that would automatically be charged only if and when my free credits ran out. I entered $5 under this incorrect assumption, thinking I was setting up a future top-up condition, not making an immediate purchase.

To my surprise, this resulted in an immediate $5 charge for credits, which was not my intention at all at this stage.

I have not used any of the $5 worth of credits that were purchased.

Could you please process a refund for this accidental $5 charge?
